Shipping Policy

PROCESSING

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after submitting your purchase (excluding holidays). Purchases made after 9:00am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS text message which will come with a tracking number so you can track your order until it is delivered. All orders are shipped through USPS OR UPS. 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on any of those days, your package will be shipped out the following business day. If you order after 9:00am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental United States. We hope to expand to more offerings in the near future. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to high demand during the holidays, as well as expanded safety measures that have been put in place, our distribution centers and carriers are experiencing possible delays. Delays are running an additional 2-5 business days on top of all normal delivery times. This means orders that normally have a 5-7 business day delivery time can take up to 12 business days to be delivered.
